Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Imagistack website and all services provided by Imagistack Technology Solutions Private Limited ("Imagistack", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Pune, India.
1. Services
Imagistack provides software engineering, AI product development, cloud infrastructure, CRM automation, QA, and dedicated technology team services. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables, code, designs, and work product created by Imagistack specifically for the client become the exclusive property of the client. Imagistack retains rights to generic tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies developed independently.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, business data, and project details shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms are milestone-based or monthly invoiced. Delayed payments may result in paused delivery. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
Imagistack's total liability for any claim arising out of services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
7. Changes to Terms
Imagistack reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy
Imagistack is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

IP & Confidentiality Policy
Imagistack takes intellectual property and confidentiality seriously across all client engagements.
Client IP Ownership
All custom code, designs, documentation, and deliverables built specifically for a client become the client's full property upon receipt of final payment. We do not retain rights to client-specific work.
Imagistack IP
Generic frameworks, reusable libraries, internal tools, and methodologies developed by Imagistack remain our property. We may use these across multiple client engagements. We will clearly identify any such components used in your project.
NDA Policy
We sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements before any project discussion involving sensitive or proprietary business information. Our standard NDA covers all team members involved in the project.
Open Source
Where open-source software is used in deliverables, we will clearly document the libraries and their respective licences. We ensure all open-source usage is compatible with your intended commercial use.
Data Security
Client data, credentials, and system access are handled with strict access controls. Access is limited to team members directly working on the project. All access is revoked upon project completion.
